Bold design, a premium interior and a pricing strategy that puts serious pressure on everyone above it in the segment.

The New Kia is Serious
If ten years ago someone had told you that a Kia competes directly with the Volkswagen Tiguan and Toyota RAV4, you might have smiled. Today, the 2024 Sportage doesn't just compete — in some aspects, it wins.
Exterior Design
Kia's "Opposites United" design language produces one of the most distinctive designs in the segment here. The split lights, boomerang-style grille, and body lines are recognizable from a distance. In parking lots full of generic SUVs, the Sportage stands out.
Technology and Cabin
The panoramic curved 12.3-inch instrument cluster and 12.3-inch infotainment screen is among the best at its price point. Material quality, with visible stitching and textured inserts, exceeds what you'd expect from a Kia five years ago.
Performance and Efficiency
The 1.6-liter turbo with 180 hp delivers sufficient dynamism for daily use. The plug-in hybrid (PHEV) version is especially interesting: 265 combined hp and up to 50 km in electric mode make operating costs remarkably low for those who can charge at home.
Pros
